To show that Switzerland Tourism offers accommodation for every need, we created the “Bees & Friends” hotel category – 47 bee, insect, and hedgehog hotels alongside major hotels. The campaign brought the category to life in the style of a nature documentary, featuring stunning wildlife footage captured with a wildlife photographer and narrated by renowned actor James Faulkner, with an original score to enhance the experience.
The campaign aimed to ensure potential guests recognise “Hotels and Lodgings recommended by Switzerland Tourism” and know they can find hand-picked, independent accommodations tailored to their needs. Success meant emotionally connecting with travellers, addressing their accommodation needs, and creating a positive association with Switzerland Tourism among both visitors and hospitality partners.
The campaign targeted potential visitors to Switzerland from Europe (UK, Germany and France) seeking accommodation. Switzerland Tourism offers a curated selection of hotels across nine categories, ensuring options for every type of traveller from business guests and wellness seekers to sports enthusiasts and families, making it easy for every visitor to find the perfect stay that fits their specific needs. The campaign was targeted at a broad audience, resonates across diverse demographics.
