Goals of the film
This promotional short film was produced to showcase a lesser-known island escape along the Swahili Coast, and the benefits of spending time by the ocean. The footage highlights how intimate and exclusive the island is, the cultural heritage and beliefs that make visiting the island more than just a holiday, but a healing and renewing experience.
Target Group
The short promotional film is targeted at both a SADC audience as well as an international market in particular, the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden with an LSM 8-10. It can either be a weekend getaway for local Tanzanians, or the start/ end of an international traveller’s safari vacation in Tanzania.
