With over 18 years of experience in sustainable tourism and economic development, she has implemented impactful initiatives in over 30 countries. Paloma spearheads the organization’s Climate Action and Sustainable Development Destination programs. She holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
