Cannes, France – September 26, 2025. Tourism productions took center stage at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, which returned to the Côte d’Azur on September 24 and 25. The festival, recognized as one of the most prestigious events for corporate films and documentaries worldwide, drew an impressive number of entries from 52 countries. With competition fiercer than ever, tourism emerged once again as one of the most dynamic categories.

In City Promotion, the Gold Dolphin went to “Conil, donde se abrazan tierra y mar” (Spain). The Silver Dolphins were awarded to “Maawanijitaadaa, Come Together in Kingston” (Canada) and “Valencia, Cradle of Chess” (Spain), while “Be embraced” (Portugal), “Düsseldorf. More than a pitch” (Germany), and “Travel Inspiration” (Germany) received Finalist Certificates.

In the Region Promotion category, “Discover La Guajira” (Colombia) and “Am Wörthersee” (Austria) were awarded Gold Dolphins. The Silver Dolphins went to “The Haida Gwaii Pledge” (Canada) and “One Provence – Manifeste” (France). The jury also recognized “The hills are (still) alive” (Austria) and “Verbundenheit” (Germany) with Finalist Certificates.

In the highly competitive Country Promotion category, “Falling for Autumn” (Switzerland) and “Visit the Original Sweden” (Sweden) both secured Gold Dolphins. The Silver Dolphin went to “Uncover Your Wild Side” (Montenegro), while “Bhutan Believe” (Bhutan), “Portugal is Art” (Portugal), and “The Extraordinary Isle Awakens” (Isle of Man) received Finalist Certificates.

The Tourism Products category placed the spotlight on experiences and cultural assets. The Gold Dolphin was awarded to “Portugal’s Unwritten Recipe” (Portugal), while “Cando Volves?” (Spain) received the Silver Dolphin.

Finally, in Tourism Services, “SWISS Connecting Cultures” (Switzerland) was distinguished with the Gold Dolphin, while “Centro Danza Matadero” (Spain) received the Silver Dolphin.

Winners were unveiled during two days of high-profile events in Cannes, including a rooftop welcome evening, keynote lectures, and the much-anticipated Awards Ceremony at Annex Beach Cannes, followed by a festive celebration at the Dolphin Lounge.

As a member of the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals (CIFFT), the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards contribute to the CIFFT Rankings, the global benchmark for the World’s Best Tourism Films. This year’s results underline not only the creative strength of tourism communication but also its growing influence in shaping international perceptions of destinations.
